Online Banking Coming March 10
After this enhancement, you will no longer see the picture and phrase that previously appeared when you logged in. In addition, you are no longer required to formally register your computer; the new system has technology to recognize computers that have been used previously to access the system. We are implementing a more secure and behind-the-scene process to validate your device (PC, laptop, tablet, and or mobile phone), username and password.
We are also adding additional layers of security in the event you log in from a device that has not been used in the past. Instead of the simple challenge questions you used in the past, you will be asked to validate your identity through a one-time security code via a phone call or text message. These enhanced security features help safeguard your information.
For a smooth transition, we want to make sure we have all correct phone numbers and email addresses for users of Online Banking. If you haven’t logged into Online Banking lately, please take a moment to log in and verify that your phone number(s) and email address are correct. A message will appear as you log in and prompt you to verify your current phone number. You will only be asked to verify your email address used in Online Banking if it does not match what we have on our bank files. At anytime in the future as your information may change, you may update your contact information under the Adminstration tab.
