Bill Pay Users: Bill Pay vendor information has been transferred to the new system. If you are currently receiving your bills electronically (e-Bills), you will need to re-enroll by choosing the company in your Bill Pay list to continue to receive them electronically.

Mobile Banking Users:  There are a few things you will need to do to continue using the convenience of our Mobile Banking:

  • You will need to re-enroll into Mobile Banking within Online Banking.
  • Once you have re-enrolled, you will receive a text with a new shortcode number for texting capabilities. Please delete 469228, as it will no longer work. The new shortcode number is 79680.
  • There are new apps for Apple, Android, & Blackberry devices; please delete your current apps.
  • Your username for Mobile Banking will be the same as your username for Online Banking. Remember when choosing a username, you will have to key this in on your phone for Mobile Banking. You will be able to change your username anytime in Online Banking.

Quicken and QuickBooks Users: If you have not synced your Quicken or QuickBooks since our system upgrade on Monday, July 30, at the bottom of this page are the resources to walk you through the process.
